1. What Are Connectors?
Connectors are pre-built integrations available in Claude.ai that give Claude direct, authorized access to your external services. Instead of copy-pasting content into the chat, Claude can read, search, and interact with your tools natively — while keeping data access scoped and under your control.

Google Workspace
Read Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Sheets. Ask Claude to summarize emails, draft replies, or extract data from spreadsheets.
GitHub
Browse repos, read files, review PRs, analyze issues, and understand codebases without switching tabs.
Slack
Read channel history, thread summaries, and direct messages. Useful for catching up on context before writing responses.
Jira & Linear
Read tickets, sprints, and backlogs. Ask Claude to summarize tickets, write acceptance criteria, or group issues by theme.
Notion
Read and write Notion pages and databases. Let Claude fill in templates, extract data from tables, or draft new pages.
Web Search
Real-time search access via Brave or Bing. Lets Claude ground answers in current events without you providing the source.
