India to Host Global "AI Impact Summit" in Feb 2026
The Government of India has officially announced the massive India AI Impact Summit, scheduled to take place in New Delhi from February 16–20, 2026.
Hosted at the prestigious Bharat Mandapam, this event marks the first major global AI summit to be held in the Global South. The summit aims to shift the global conversation from "Action" to "Impact," focusing on how AI can drive inclusive human development and bridge the digital divide.
"Structured around seven 'Chakras' or core themes, the summit will tackle critical issues including Human Capital, Social Empowerment, and Safe & Trusted AI."
Alongside the main conference, the event will feature the "India AI Impact Expo 2026," showcasing over 300 exhibitors, and several global challenges including "AI for ALL" and "AI by HER," designed to highlight diverse innovations from around the world.
